This 30-minute session is a high-level strategy meeting designed for high-net-worth individuals and their family offices. Unlike a standard discovery call, the Investor Strategy Session is a deep dive into the legal and financial architecture required to secure Italy’s “Dolce Visa.”

Led by Avvocato Alberto Lama, our Investor Visa division moves past the basics to focus on institutional advocacy and capital deployment.

What We Accomplish in This Session:

Asset & Source Audit: We conduct a preliminary review of your “Source of Funds” to ensure compliance with stringent Italian AML (Anti-Money Laundering) protocols before you deploy capital.
Investment Tier Selection: We evaluate which of the four tiers—Innovative Startups (€250k), Limited Companies (€500k), Philanthropic Donations (€1M), or Government Bonds (€2M)—aligns best with your portfolio and residency goals.
Strategic Advantages: We discuss the unique benefits of this visa, including the lack of minimum stay requirements and the fast-track path to permanent residency.
Financial Gatekeeping: We provide direct introductions to Italy’s top International Tax Advisors to assess your eligibility for the Flat Tax Regime (Neo-Residents).

The fee for an Investor Strategy Session is $300.
